Very much inspired by @katherineenglishflora who makes beautiful floral arrangements in New Zealand ànd by no one less than our own Vincent Van Gogh. I know quite some flowers but in New Zealand grow plants I've absolutely never seen before and that's so intriguing to me!
Always very much in awe when I look at Vincent's bold brushstrokes , the passion he's feeling when painting ( by the look of it) I totally share…the excitement!
It becomes very much my own bouquet by working on it . I think it's the joy that does the trick.
So much joy !
As always I'll still tweak it whenever my eyes sees something but for now I lay down my brushes.

By the way I painted the sides In cadmium red to make it glow against the inside of the floating frame when dry ( obviously ).
